Founder, Out West

Hi, I'm Stef.

I'm a multidisciplinary designer and product leader based in Colorado, and I lead Out West.

For the last 12+ years, I've worked across product design, UX/UI, brand design, marketing, and demand generation. I've worked with early-stage startups and with established consumer, hospitality and B2B SaaS businesses, including Alterra Mountain Company, Ikon Pass, SumUp, Mrs. Fields and Gloo.

Today I work with teams in a fractional capacity. I lead brand and product strategy for founders and leadership teams working through new products, evolving platforms and big moments of change.
